CauseConnect produced the inaugural Carnegie Hall performance of Natasha Marin with internationally acclaimed pianist Gerald Robbins. Held in Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall on Thursday, November 8, 2012, the East Coast premiere showcased works by 19th-century quintessential romantic composers. The concert opened with Johannes Brahms (Variations on a Theme by Haydn, op. 56b) and Camille Saint-Saëns (Variations on a Theme by Beethoven op. 35), and after intermission, continued with Anton Arensky (Suite Silhouette op. 23) and Sergei Rachmaninoff (Suite No. 2 op. 17). The collaboration of Marin and Robbins launched with a concert earlier that year at UCLA’s Schoenberg Hall on June 16, 2012, which was also produced by CauseConnect with support by Contemporary Cultural.
